What You’ll Do:

• Create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience for customers
• Help customers find and style pieces they love
• Maintain and merchandise store displays
• Assist with fitting rooms, checkout, and daily store tasks
• Stay knowledgeable about new arrivals, products, and promotions
• Help create a fun, positive environment for our customers and team

E-Commerce Content Coordinator

Hours: Part Time
Where: Old Saybrook, CT
Age: 18+

We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and naturally engaging person to help bring Pearls & Plaid to life online. This role will work closely with our Marketing Manager to showcase new arrivals, style pieces, and give our online customers a feel for what’s happening in our stores.

You’ll be the familiar face behind some of our day-to-day content — from trying on new arrivals and appearing in photos and videos to helping create Instagram Stories and going live to showcase products.

What You’ll Do:

• Model and appear in photos and videos featuring new arrivals
• Participate in in-store try-ons and styling content
• Help create casual Instagram Stories highlighting new products and what's happening in store
• Host Instagram Lives to showcase new arrivals and connect with customers
• Film quick product videos and photos for the website
• Help keep our online customers up to date on what’s new in store
• Work alongside the Marketing Manager to create fun, authentic content that feels true to the Pearls & Plaid brand
• Be a friendly, recognizable face and voice that helps connect our stores with our online community

This is a great role for someone who is comfortable in front of the camera, loves fashion and styling, and enjoys connecting with people. You don't need to be a professional content creator — we're looking for someone who is personable, confident, and excited to be part of the brand.
